2. Orders and Payments:

- b. Payment must be made in full at the time of collecting your order.
- c. We accept cash and major credit cards as acceptable forms of payment.
- d. In the case of any outstanding balance or failure to make payment, the Company reserves the right to withhold the return of your items until the payment is settled.

- d. In the event that you are not available during the scheduled collection or delivery time, alternative arrangements can be made, subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Customer Responsibility:
- a. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your orders, including contact details and any specific instructions.
- b. It is your responsibility to inspect and report any damages or issues with your items upon collection or delivery.
- c. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to items that were not reported upon collection or delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability:
- a. The Company will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- b. The Company will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left unattended or misplaced.
- c. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused to items due to pre-existing conditions, improper care instructions, or natural wear and tear.
