7. Specialist Item Disclaimer – Important Notice to Customers
Dear Customer,
As a responsible cleaner, we would like to inform you of the possible risks associated with the cleaning and treatment of specialist items such as leather, suede, fur, delicate fabrics, and garments with embellishments.
We cannot guarantee colour uniformity if only part of a matching set (e.g. suits, costumes, outfits) is given to us.
Certain stains (e.g. ink, blood, milk, egg, rust, water, sealants) may not be fully removable and may cause changes to texture, shape, or colour.
Dyes may bleed, fade, or run, especially with dark or strong colours.
Items made from delicate, aged, or worn materials may weaken further and be prone to tearing, shrinking, or distortion.
Bonded or glued garments may separate during cleaning.
Leather, suede, or fur items may change shade, texture, or finish due to natural variations in skins or manufacturing methods.
Trimmings (e.g. buttons, beads, zips, sequins, buckles) are cleaned at the owner’s risk.
We will always take the utmost care with your garments and, if required, seek guidance from industry-leading specialists. However, specialist items are accepted strictly on a “best effort/owner’s risk” basis.
8. Privacy & GDPR Compliance
a. We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.
b. Personal data (name, phone number, email, address) is collected only for processing orders and providing services.
c. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
d. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
a. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
b. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.
10. Modifications
a. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
b. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
